Quality management of Tigáz Zrt.

Tigáz has established, introduced and operates a Quality Management System in compliance with Act XLII. of 2003 on natural gas supply and the natural gas utility service provider’s operating licence issued by the Hungarian Energy Office.

The system is based on the quality Management standard MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001. Scope of application:

  • all components of the utility natural gas service provider licensee activity.

The Quality Management System was first certified by an independent certification agency, the Hungarian Standards Institution (MSZT) in 1997. Since then, external audits were repeated and successfully completed each year.

Tigáz Zrt.’s management and employees are striving to work in compliance with the requirements and expectations of the quality Management system and thus deserve the trust of satisfied consumers and partners.
