For successful administration, you always need to specify your consumer ID, which is situated in the top right corner of your gas bill above the address


  • +36 80/333-338 Green number: it may only be called from a landline phone and is used for reporting meter status.
  • +36 40/333-338 Blue number: this number may be called from a landline phone, local mobile phone at full charge. Call +36 46 / 510-511, if you are not calling from Hungary.
  • Calling from outside Hungary: +36 46 / 510-511

    Our employees are at your disposal by phone at the following times:
  • From Monday to Friday 7.00 - 18.00
  • Please consider, that the language of the administration is Hungarian!
