Annual equalised pro forma invoices
If you choose this billing method, then we will read your gas meter once a year. During the year, we will issue 10 pro forma invoices for the same volume of gas followed by 1 settlement invoices issued after the meter reading. The issued bills also contain the due basic charges. As in the previous practice, no bill will be issued in one summer month.
Should your consumption habits change, you may modify the quantity of gas based on which the pro forma bills are issued once a year. In case you report the termination of the Contract, we shall prepare a final bill.
Example for equalised pro forma bills:
Gas consumption in 2007: 1320 m3,
- we issue 10 pro forma bills containing 120 m3 gas and the monthly basic charge at the applicable rates.
- the 11th bill is the settlement bill, which is based on consumption between the two meter readings, less the amounts stated in the previously issued pro forma bills.
Advances of the annual equalised pro forma bills:
- the pro forma bills for the same gas quantity allow for even regular payments, based on which you can also predict your payment obligations accurately,
- simple control of bills,
- part of the high bills of the winter months will be paid in the summer months, with a delay, and
- we will only visit you once a year for reading the meter.
