In order to help people who live in areas damaged by the flood, Tigáz makes the process of public utility administration (public utility commission necessary for construction permit, required procedures for connection) for these homes a priority task, and for free of charge.
Those customers, whose houses suffered such a high damage, that the re-planning or the reconstruction of pipes are inevitable, for faster administration, should visit the nearest customer service office or the operation centers of the Tigáz-DSO Kft.
