Submit meter reading
 

  • You can find the time interval, in which you shall provide your meter status toward us, on your bill.
  • Please, enter only numeric characters in the fields! The customer number is maximum 10, the meter number is 4 digits long.
  • Please enter only numbers into the fields of the form. The customer ID is maximum ten characters, the gas meter identification code is always four characters. The use of any other numbers causes a problem and registration will fail.
  • You will only receive a response on the registration of your meter status by e-mail if you have provided your actual active e-mail address.
  • Please note that we shall register the meter status reported during the annual reading period, but the bill will be prepared based on the meter status read by our employee, and therefore we ask you to facilitate the reading of your gas meter.
