Online customer service for Tigáz customers
Residential and non residential consumers under 20 m3/h capacity can easily do administration on our online customer service.
For successful registration, you need the following:
- valid e-mail address
- customer id
- last 4 digit of gas meter number
1. Residential customers
- birth date and/or contract number
3. Non-residential customers
After submitting the proper data, the next step is teh activation of the registration, which can be done by clicking on a link sent by e-mail. After the registration was successful, our registered customers can log in by entering their e-mail address as username, and their password given in the registration process.
